Social Media

ALTHALLER communication is supporting Hoesch & Partner in its change communication, within the context of the ongoing changes in company management. The goal is to involve employees more strongly in company development and motivate them to assume greater responsibility. Consequently, barrier-free, 360-degree communication across all relevant social media platforms tops the agenda for ALTHALLER communication. In addition to rebuilding and maintaining individual channels, the agency was also tasked with long-term topic planning, as well as the development of new formats and monitoring, among other services. The focus of the collaboration is on the active involvement of employees and departments in the planning of content marketing and development, as well as on supporting ongoing recruiting measures. Consequently, part of the communication work includes social media guidelines, as well as measures to enhance internal communication.
