Forschungsprojekt Automatisierung in der Multichannel-Kommunikation
Freistaat Bayern unterstützt Social Media Forschungsprojekt
Das Bayerische Staatsministerium für Wirtschaft, Medien, Energie und Technologie unterstützt die Entwicklung eines Tools zur Optimierung von Kommunikationsinvestitionen im Bereich Social Media. Bei dem Projekt geht es insbesondere um die Entwicklung von Automatisierungstechnologien in der Multichannel Kommunikation.
Die Hochschule München entwickelt gemeinsam mit der Agentur COMMUNICATION Presse & PR ein Tool zur Bewertung und Optimierung von Kommunikationsaktivitäten im Bereich Social Media. Das auf zwei Jahre angesetzte Projekt hat zum Ziel, technologische Innovationen der Informationstechnik für Kommunikationsverantwortliche praktisch nutzbar zu machen.
